Payment Methods
Cash, Credit Card, and Multiple Insurance providers are accepted as payment. Billing office will file insurance claims on your behalf for the carriers below. When Donielle is out of network for your insurance plan, you are responsible for payment and for filing your insurance claims to get reimbursement.
